Fermentoil: oil, fermented
Fermentoil is an oil-based hair complex produced through fermentation, the most natural of processes but a delicately controlled one: micro-organism, seed cultivation, 150 hours of fermentation, centrifugation, distillation. What comes out has a better texture and a fresher feel, and is more effective on the fibre.
The complex penetrates the hair fibre to moisturise. It enhances shine and suppleness and leaves hair disciplined and silky. Each oil has its own effect; combined and fermented, they deliver an additional effect none of them produces alone.
Four natural oils

Sensoveil Soft: a biofilm on the fibre
Sensoveil Soft is a plant-based active developed with proprietary technology. It acts as a lipid substitute and forms a homogeneous biofilm on the outside of the hair fibre through intermolecular attractive forces, aligning the cuticle. Frizz reduction comparable to the industry benchmark, with the advantage of being plant-based.
Restart Pro: repair in three simultaneous steps
A cross-linking active based on the synergistic combination of itaconic acid, arginine, pro-vitamin B5 and polysaccharides extracted from linseed and chia seed.
- Itaconic acid modifies damaged keratin, acting as a Michael acceptor and reacting covalently with the amino and thiol groups of hair keratin.
- At the same time, arginine drives a high-density cross-linking process, increasing hair strength.
- The result: moisture retention, thickening, shine, softness, thermal protection and cuticle sealing.

What damages hair in the first place
Degradation of the cuticle and of the protective lipid layer shows up as frizz, dryness, tangling and a damaged appearance. Three families of causes: environment and lifestyle (UV, sun, chlorine, pollution), physical treatments (brushing, thermal smoothing, curling irons, blow-drying) and chemical treatments (harsh products used incorrectly, frequent perming, bleaching and dyeing). Bleaching has the greatest known impact on hair strength and porosity. That is the fibre NOVELLISS was formulated to work on.
